On 28 May, Cabnave – Estaleiros Navais de Cabo Verde, s.a. held an Ordinary General Meeting at the company’s premises to consider and decide on the results for 2023.
The agenda included the following items: appraisal and deliberation on the management report and accounts for 2023; deliberation on the allocation of the results for 2023; among other matters.
The General Meeting was attended by members of the company’s governing bodies, a representative of the State as majority shareholder, Nádia Teixeira, UASE portfolio manager, and other CABNAVE shareholders.
