Hull treatment and painting
Optimum weather conditions allow for abrasive blasting and painting operations. A range of coatings can be applied, from the simplest to the most complex, according to the manufacturers’ technical specifications.

Mechanics and pipes
Repair and maintenance of a wide range of mechanical equipment, including diesel engines, turbines, various pumps, overhauling of machinery, repair and maintenance of drivelines, upgrading, maintenance of valves and winches.
In addition to repairing the machines, the service is complemented by the pipe shop, which is equipped with machines that can repair long lines, such as loading areas and hydraulic systems.
Non-Destructive Testing and Quality Control
Non-destructive testing uses non-intrusive techniques to determine the integrity of the material, part or structure, or to quantitatively measure a given characteristic of a material. They make it possible to assess possible discontinuities, reducing the degree of uncertainty in the use of the material or parts. They guarantee quality control in various industrial segments.
Thickness measurement – By means of ultrasound and detection of internal discontinuities or defects in metal structures.
Penetrating liquids is a process for inspecting irregularities in metal surfaces. That is, in cases and parts that cannot contain porosity or cracks in their outer layer.
Dimensional control – This service compares the values obtained with the reference dimensions and checks that the dimensional tolerances are within the previously established limits.
